Community celebrates the Year of the Dragon
Almost 500 people turned out to celebrate the Year of the Dragon Wednesday night as Richmond Chinese Community Society held its annual Chinese New Year Community Dinner.
The 13th annual dinner took place at Continental Seafood Restaurant.
Richmond Chinese Community Society executive director Henry Beh says the annual event is a way to bring the community together to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
