Deadline is April 14. Awards will be presented at the Richmond Delta Regional Heritage Fair's closing awards ceremony Saturday, May 3 at 2 p.m. The event takes place in the Performance Hall of Richmond Cultural Centre. Call 604-247-4626 for more information.
