Local arts groups to be showcased at Richmond Arts Centre

Art groups in the Richmond Arts Centre will showcase their work in a special exhibition Saturday, Feb. 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This free event will feature work from such groups as Creative Jewellers Guild of B.C., Richmond Gem and Mineral Club, Richmond Photo Club, Richmond Potters Club, Richmond Weavers and Spinners and Textile Arts Guild of Richmond.

Demonstrations will also be featured, allowing viewers to watch pottery wheels spin and learn about the finer techniques of weaving. The exhibition takes place within Richmond Cultural Centre, 7700 Minoru Gate.
