Missing man last seen in Richmond
Surrey RCMP are asking for help in finding a missing 24-year-old man last seen in Richmond.
Derrick Pek, a Surrey resident, was last seen at a family member’s residence in Richmond on Dec. 30 at approximately 1 a.m., and last spoke to that family member by phone later that afternoon, police say.
Pek has never been reported missing before and family are concerned for his wellbeing as it is unusual for him to be out of contact for this long.
He is described as a Caucasian male, 5-foot-nine, 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last known to be wearing a black and grey hoodie and jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP Missing Person Unit at 604-599-0502, and quote file # 2012-1237.
