Craig Wright, chief economist for the Royal Bank of Canada, spoke Tuesday afternoon at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel for a Richmond Chamber of Commerce-sponsored annual economic update.

Co-sponsored by RBC, more than 150 people attended the event, and Wright discussed the state of the European Union, China's future economic growth, and the impact of the upcoming elections on the economy.
