Jeep crashes into Fraser River

A Jeep wound up in the Fraser River off River Road last night.

The Jeep rear ended a car and then veered off road into the river. The driver, who has minor injuries, was able to get out of the vehicle. The tow truck showed up to retrieve the Jeep from the water, but the hitch broke sending the Jeep back into the water.

RCMP will retrieve the Jeep in the morning.
