Murder suspect's car ditched in Richmond

A police manhunt for a Vancouver murder suspect briefly took the investigation into Richmond on the weekend.

On Saturday, Thi Tam Nguyen was found murdered in her home, leading Vancouver Police to search for her ex-husband.

His car was quickly found abandoned in Richmond, but he could not be located.

But the suspect was identified by police on Sunday after a 13-year-old walking along a trail found a man hanging in a tree near a south Vancouver park.
