(VIDEO) Jim Iker: BCTF will vote on escalation; full-scale strike could follow

BCTF president Jim Iker addresses the province via news conference on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. Iker says B.C. teachers will vote next Monday and Tuesday for or against potential strike escalation, and a full-scale could start in the next two weeks.
