Pay parking in Steveston a slippery slope

Re: “Steveston groups mull more pay parking,” Sept. 23. It looks like more money grabbers are looking to jump on the pay parking bandwagon in Steveston even though their parking lots are sitting empty. All the usual suspects are involved as it looks like a nice little earner for them all. We all know where this is going. Wakey! Wakey!
What’s next? Meter parking on the streets of Steveston? I would lay money on it!
